Whether you are a panel builder looking for an experienced AC Contractor to join your list of trades or, you have made a personal Insurance Claim on your AC System. Ducted Split Air is experienced in working with you, your panel builder and/ or your Insurance Company to ensure, where viable, your Air Conditioning System is repaired and/ or replaced under your Insurance Claim.
Ducted Split Air will attend site, complete a full diagnosis on the system, compile our findings into a detailed report with supporting photographic evidence which are then submitted to our client for their review.

General & Annual Service Repairs
Ducted Split Air, offer general services to both Split & Ducted Systems. Similarly to anything mechanical, regularly servicing is highly encouraged to ensure your investment is working to its greatest ability.
The Service Includes:
- Tightening of all electrical connections to avoid a hot connection
- Checking gas pressures on both heating and cooling
- Cleaning of filters
- Inspect duct work to ensure they are securely connected
- Test and clean drain lines
- Test system operation on heating and cooling
- Testing indoor and outdoor fans
- Cleaning outdoor condenser coil
